Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, shrubs, and landscaped areas.
• Mow grass, trim hedges, prune trees, and remove weeds regularly.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for flowers, plants, and greenery.
• Sweep walkways, parking areas, entrances, and outdoor recreational spaces.
• Collect and dispose of litter, leaves, and garden waste.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools safely.
• Monitor irrigation systems and report any faults or leaks.
• Apply pest and weed control measures in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and outdoor decorations.
• Perform minor repairs to fences, pathways, outdoor furniture, and garden fixtures.
• Ensure outdoor areas remain clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
• Report maintenance issues and potential safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, gardening, or property maintenance within a hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and routine outdoor maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
