Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and watering.
• Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscaped areas.
• Remove weeds, leaves, litter, and other debris from outdoor spaces.
• Maintain irrigation systems and report any faults requiring repair.
• Ensure pathways, driveways, and entrances remain clean and hazard-free.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Apply fertilizers and approved treatments when required.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping projects and outdoor improvements.
• Monitor the condition of outdoor furniture, fencing, and garden features.
• Support the maintenance team with general outdoor upkeep as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, gardening, or property maintenance is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of lawn care, plant maintenance, and landscaping techniques.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and basic hand tools.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
