Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly while ensuring accuracy.
• Confirm each order matches the table and guest requirements before serving.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Assist servers with clearing tables and resetting dining areas when required.
• Monitor food presentation and report any issues before dishes reach guests.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and relay them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and walkways.
• Support the restaurant team during busy service periods to maintain efficient operations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server Assistant, or in a similar restaurant role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining service standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
