Food Runner

Job Description

Our restaurant is all about great food, smooth service, and creating an enjoyable experience from the kitchen to the table. We are looking for a Food Runner who can keep things moving, support the service team, and make sure every dish reaches the right guest quickly and in excellent condition. If you are energetic, organised, and enjoy working in a lively restaurant environment, we would love to have you on the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and promptly.
• Check dishes for presentation and completeness before serving.
• Support servers with clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assist with keeping service areas clean and organised.
• Respond quickly to guest and team requests.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Good physical stamina and ability to remain active throughout shifts.
• Professional appearance and a guest-focused approach.
