We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant’s food and beverage services. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve outstanding performance.
• Develop and implement service standards that enhance the guest experience.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and beverage offerings to maintain consistency.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimise waste.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Track sales performance, budgets, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to introduce seasonal menus and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or similar management role within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and beverage management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
