Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description

Our restaurant is looking for a confident and people-focused Food and Beverage Manager to lead our dining and beverage operations. We are seeking someone who can keep service running smoothly, support the team, maintain high standards, and make sure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the restaurant.
• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and service teams.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and restaurant standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
• Develop and maintain food and beverage menus in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Monitor sales, costs, budgets, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management teams to improve efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Comfortable working with budgets, sales reports, and operational targets.
