Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant team members to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships while controlling costs.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally to resolve concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze sales reports and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar management role within a restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and beverage management.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost control.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Food safety certification or equivalent professional training is an advantage.
