Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate front and back of house teams.
• Monitor food quality, beverage standards, and service excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Control operational costs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Create staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership to plan menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and beverage management.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and cost control initiatives.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation best practices.
• Proficiency in restaurant management and point of sale systems.
