Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations to ensure smooth daily service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
• Control operating costs while maintaining high quality standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to achieve operational goals.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role within a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food service, and beverage management.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale and restaurant management systems is an advantage.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
