Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations in the restaurant
• Ensure consistent service quality and guest satisfaction
• Manage and support restaurant staff including waitstaff and supervisors
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Develop and maintain service standards and procedures
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
• Train and mentor staff to improve performance and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and restaurant regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage management or a senior restaurant supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and guest service flow
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic financial awareness, including budgeting and cost control
