A dynamic and detail-driven Food and Beverage Manager is needed to lead the dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams while maintaining high standards of hygiene, presentation, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across the restaurant
• Supervise, train, and motivate service and kitchen support teams
• Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and customer service
• Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships
• Monitor budgets, costs, and overall departmental profitability
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly
• Develop and implement service standards and operational procedures
• Coordinate with chefs and management to optimize menu performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage management or senior supervisory role in hospitality
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good understanding of inventory management and cost control
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Hospitality certification or related training is an advantage
