Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations across restaurant outlets
• Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service regulations
• Develop and implement service procedures to improve guest experience
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams on menu planning and promotions
• Manage budgets, cost control, and revenue targets
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Schedule staff shifts and oversee workplace efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage or hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
• Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
