Flair Bartender

There’s something special about a bar where drinks don’t just get served, they get performed. We’re looking for a Flair Bartender who can bring energy, rhythm, and creativity behind the counter while still delivering top-tier customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys entertaining guests, has strong drink knowledge, and can turn an ordinary order into a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
• Perform flair bartending techniques such as bottle flipping, juggling, and show pours in a safe and controlled manner
• Engage customers in a friendly and professional way to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking ingredients and bar supplies
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Work closely with other bar and floor staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced or entertainment-focused bar
• Proven flair bartending skills or formal training in bar entertainment techniques
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and drink mixing methods
• Good hand-eye coordination and confidence performing in front of guests
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during high-pressure service periods
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in food and beverage service
