Job Description

A vibrant and high-energy bar is looking for a talented Flair Bartender who knows how to turn drink mixing into a performance. If you can entertain a crowd while crafting great cocktails with style, rhythm, and precision, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to high standards
• Perform flair bartending routines while maintaining safety and consistency
• Engage guests with entertaining bar-side service and positive energy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Manage stock usage responsibly and report shortages when needed
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow bar service guidelines
• Collaborate with bar staff to deliver smooth and fast service during busy hours

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably with flair training or performance skills
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation techniques
• Ability to perform bottle tricks, juggling, and flair movements confidently and safely
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• High energy, creativity, and ability to work under pressure
• Strong sense of timing, coordination, and presentation
• Team player with a professional attitude and reliability during shifts
