Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Perform flair bartending routines while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Ensure all drinks are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages when necessary.
• Verify guest age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Contribute to a lively atmosphere while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a bar, lounge, nightclub, or hospitality venue.
• Demonstrated flair bartending skills and confidence performing in front of guests.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Good understanding of bar hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
