We’re looking for a Flair Bartender who can bring energy behind the bar, entertain guests with style, and still deliver excellent, consistent drinks in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys performance, thrives under pressure, and understands that great hospitality is as much about personality as it is about precision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, and beverages with speed and accuracy
• Perform flair techniques such as bottle juggling, flair pours, and creative presentation during service
• Engage guests in a friendly, confident, and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout shifts
• Manage stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory control
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all bar safety guidelines
• Collaborate with other bar and floor staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a busy bar or lounge
• Basic to advanced flair bartending skills or willingness to improve through training
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink preparation techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak hours
• Energetic, creative, and customer-focused attitude
• Understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards
