Expediter

Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, organized Expediter who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and loves keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be the bridge between the kitchen and front of house, making sure every dish goes out correctly, on time, and looking great.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food flow from kitchen to service area
• Check orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation
• Communicate clearly with chefs and servers
• Prioritize tickets during busy periods
• Keep the pass clean, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus
