Job Description
We are on the lookout for a sharp, organized, and energetic Expediter to join our restaurant team. If you thrive in a fast paced kitchen, love bringing order to chaos, and take pride in making sure every plate that leaves the pass is perfect, we would love to meet you. As our Expediter, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the front of house team. You will help keep service flowing smoothly, ensure accuracy in every order, and maintain the highest presentation standards before dishes reach our guests.
Responsibilities

Coordinate food orders between kitchen and service staff during busy shifts

Review completed dishes for accuracy, presentation, and quality before they leave the kitchen

Communicate clearly with chefs, line cooks, and servers to prevent delays and errors

Organize tickets and prioritize orders to maintain smooth service flow

Ensure special requests and dietary requirements are handled correctly

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization at the pass

Support the kitchen team during peak hours to keep operations efficient
Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a similar role

Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food service workflow

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Ability to stay calm and focused in a high pressure environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Team oriented mindset with a positive, can do attitude
