Expediter

Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and energetic Expediter to join our restaurant team. As the vital link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, you’ll ensure that every dish leaves the kitchen perfectly timed and presented, creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are accurate and timely.

• Check dishes for presentation, temperature, and completeness before they leave the kitchen.

• Assist with plating and garnishing orders when needed.

• Manage order flow during peak hours, keeping the kitchen organized and efficient.

• Support kitchen staff with prep tasks and inventory checks when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Attention to detail and a passion for quality service.

• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly in a busy environment.
