Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver outstanding cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Develop work schedules, allocate duties, and ensure efficient daily operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality standards.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Prepare departmental budgets and manage expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Maintenance, Laundry, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Implement health, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with hotel policies.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Analyze departmental performance and introduce improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeping Manager or in a senior housekeeping leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and quality standards.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, and departmental costs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and housekeeping software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
