A refined and well-organized hotel is looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department with excellence, consistency, and a strong eye for detail. This role is central to maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction through high cleanliness standards and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Develop and implement cleaning standards, procedures, and quality control systems
• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping supervisors and attendants
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards
• Manage housekeeping inventory, linen stock, and cleaning supplies efficiently
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experience
• Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and shift planning
• Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping management or a senior supervisory role in a hotel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Good understanding of inventory control and budgeting
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
