Exceptional guest experiences begin with immaculate surroundings. We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping supervisors and attendants.
• Develop cleaning schedules and quality control procedures.
• Monitor departmental budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to optimize room readiness.
• Implement initiatives that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on departmental performance and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and inventory management.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
