A well-established hotel is looking for a courteous, observant, and professional Doorkeeper to be the welcoming face at the entrance. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in first impressions, enjoys interacting with people, and can maintain a calm presence in a busy hospitality environment. As a Doorkeeper, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth entry and exit while supporting overall security and guest experience. Your presence sets the tone for the hospitality journey inside the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and depart the hotel
• Open doors and assist guests with entry and exit
• Monitor guest flow and maintain order at the entrance area
• Offer basic directions and assistance to guests when needed
• Support security personnel by observing and reporting unusual activity
• Assist guests with light luggage handling when required
• Maintain a neat and presentable entrance area at all times
• Coordinate politely with reception and concierge teams

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive body language
• Ability to remain calm and attentive in busy environments
• Basic understanding of guest relations and service etiquette
• Physically fit to stand for long periods
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
