Job Description

We are looking for a courteous and alert Doorkeeper to be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive at our hotel. This role is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring smooth entry and exit flow, and supporting overall guest safety and comfort. If you enjoy meeting people, staying attentive in a busy environment, and representing a professional hospitality brand, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, visitors, and staff warmly at the hotel entrance
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the premises
• Monitor access to ensure only authorized persons enter restricted areas
• Assist guests with directions, basic inquiries, and luggage support when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable entrance area
• Coordinate with security and front desk teams during peak hours or special events
• Report any unusual activity or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, security, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance
• Ability to stay alert and observant in a busy environment
• Good sense of responsibility and integrity
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and assist guests as needed
• Basic understanding of guest service etiquette
