DJ Coordinator

Job Description

Our bar is all about great music, energetic nights, and creating an atmosphere guests want to return to. We are looking for a DJ Coordinator who can keep our music programme organised, work closely with DJs and the bar team, and help make every night run smoothly from opening set to final track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DJ schedules, bookings, set times, and music line-ups.
• Communicate with DJs about event details, expectations, and technical requirements.
• Work with the bar team to align music programming with special events and busy periods.
• Help plan themed nights, live entertainment, and promotional events.
• Ensure DJs have the equipment, information, and support needed for their sets.
• Monitor music flow and coordinate smooth transitions between performers.
• Maintain an organised calendar of upcoming DJ bookings and events.
• Respond quickly to last-minute scheduling or performance changes.
• Gather feedback from guests and team members to improve future music events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in DJ coordination, event coordination, entertainment, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of different music genres, DJ equipment, and nightlife environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple DJs, schedules, and events efficiently.
• Confident working in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for music, entertainment, and creating memorable nights.
