DJ Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a fun, organised, and music-loving DJ Coordinator to join our bar team. You will help keep the music programme running smoothly, coordinate DJs and performers, and make sure every night has the right energy from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DJ schedules, bookings, set times, and music programmes.
• Communicate with DJs and performers before and during events.
• Work closely with the bar team to align music with the evening’s atmosphere.
• Assist with organising themed nights, special events, and entertainment programmes.
• Ensure DJs have the information and equipment access they need.
• Monitor event schedules and help keep performances running on time.
• Handle last-minute changes calmly and find quick solutions when needed.
• Gather feedback from guests and team members to improve future events.
• Maintain positive working relationships with DJs, entertainers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination, entertainment, music, nightlife, or a similar role.
• Strong interest and knowledge of different music genres and DJ culture.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities at once.
• Confident working in a lively, fast-paced bar environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure.
• Experience with DJ equipment or event production is an advantage.
