We are seeking a confident, service-driven Lounge Manager to lead the daily operations of our bar lounge. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences, and has a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team. The Lounge Manager will oversee service standards, staff performance, inventory control, and the overall atmosphere of the lounge while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lounge and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise lounge staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage efficiently.
• Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering to prevent shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Work closely with bartenders and other team members to improve service delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Assist with planning and coordinating lounge events, promotions, and special occasions.
• Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a lounge, bar, or similar food and beverage operation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Sound knowledge of beverage operations, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
