Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organised Delivery Coordinator to support our coffee shop operations by ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient order deliveries. The ideal candidate will help manage delivery schedules, coordinate with drivers, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure every order reaches customers in the best condition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and assign orders efficiently.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide updates when required.
• Communicate with delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify customer orders before dispatch to maintain accuracy.
• Handle delivery-related inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and operational reports.
• Work closely with the coffee shop team to improve order flow.
• Ensure products are handled carefully during preparation and delivery.
• Support inventory and packaging coordination for delivery orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
