Delivery Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Delivery Coordinator to join our coffee shop team. In this role, you will oversee daily delivery operations, coordinate with staff and delivery partners, ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, and help maintain an efficient workflow that supports outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assign and track deliveries while maintaining clear communication with delivery personnel.
• Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
• Resolve delivery issues, customer concerns, and scheduling conflicts promptly.
• Work closely with baristas and kitchen staff to prioritize orders during busy periods.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and performance reports.
• Ensure delivery procedures comply with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Monitor delivery supplies and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to deliveries and order status.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery coordination, logistics, dispatch, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using order management or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
