We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Roaster to join our coffee shop team. If you’re passionate about coffee, enjoy working hands-on, and love creating consistent, high-quality blends that customers look forward to, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Roast coffee beans according to established profiles and quality standards
• Monitor roasting times, temperatures, and bean development for consistency
• Conduct quality checks, cupping, and tasting to maintain flavor standards
• Organize green coffee inventory and monitor stock levels
• Maintain roasting equipment and ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Work closely with the café team to support seasonal blends and customer preferences
• Keep records of roast batches and production schedules

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee roasting or specialty coffee production is an advantage
• Good understanding of roast profiles, coffee origins, and flavor development
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a coffee-focused team
• A genuine passion for coffee and quality craftsmanship
