Coffee Roaster

Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Roaster to join our coffee shop team. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to craft rich, balanced flavors and take pride in consistency and quality, this could be a great fit. You’ll play a key role in shaping the taste experience our customers come back for every day.

Responsibilities

• Roast coffee beans to meet quality and flavor standards
• Monitor roasting profiles and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain roasting equipment and ensure cleanliness
• Conduct regular cupping sessions for quality control
• Manage green bean inventory and storage
• Collaborate with the bar team to refine flavor outcomes

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee roasting or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and sensory skills
• Basic understanding of roasting equipment and profiles
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Passion for coffee and continuous learning
• Good communication and teamwork skills
