Responsibilities:

• Roast coffee beans to precise profiles and standards
• Monitor roasting equipment and maintain consistency
• Perform quality checks through cupping and tasting
• Manage green bean inventory and storage
• Maintain roasting logs and production records
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of roasting area

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with coffee roasting
• Strong sensory skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with roasting equipment and maintenance
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Passion for coffee and continuous learning
• Good communication and teamwork skills
