We’re looking for a Coffee Roaster who understands that magic and knows how to bring it to life, batch after batch. If you enjoy working with precision, creativity, and a bit of instinct, you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities

• Roast coffee beans to achieve consistent, high-quality flavor profiles
• Monitor roasting equipment and adjust temperature, timing, and airflow
• Conduct regular cupping sessions to maintain quality standards
• Work closely with the kitchen and service team to align coffee offerings with the menu
• Maintain roasting equipment and ensure cleanliness of the workspace
• Manage inventory of green beans and track roasting schedules

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coffee roasting or a strong background in specialty coffee
• Good understanding of roasting techniques and flavor development
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise processes
• Strong sensory skills for tasting and evaluating coffee
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Passion for coffee and continuous learning
