Coffee Roaster

We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Roaster to join our coffee shop team and help craft the rich flavours our customers love every day. You’ll be hands-on with roasting profiles, quality control, and ensuring every batch meets our signature standards.

Responsibilities:

• Roast and monitor coffee beans to desired profiles
• Test samples for flavour consistency and quality
• Maintain roasting equipment and cleanliness
• Record roast data and adjust processes when needed

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of coffee roasting or bean processing
• Strong attention to detail and sensory skills
• Ability to work independently and follow roast guides
• Genuine interest in coffee craftsmanship
