Responsibilities

• Roast coffee beans to bring out their best flavor profiles
• Monitor roasting equipment and maintain quality control standards
• Adjust roast levels based on seasonal beans and customer preferences
• Keep detailed records of roast batches and profiles
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of roasting equipment
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a consistent coffee experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee roasting or a strong willingness to learn
• Good understanding of coffee beans, origins, and roasting techniques
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
• Basic equipment handling and maintenance knowledge
