Are you passionate about coffee and the art of roasting? We’re a cozy, bustling coffee shop looking for a dedicated Coffee Roaster to join our team. This is your chance to work with quality beans, create unique roasts, and share your love of coffee with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Roast coffee beans to perfection, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain and calibrate roasting equipment
• Experiment with new roast profiles to enhance flavor
• Monitor inventory of green beans and supplies
• Collaborate with baristas to ensure the coffee served meets our standards
• Keep the roasting area clean and safe

Qualifications:

• Experience in coffee roasting, either professionally or through training
• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, varieties, and roasting techniques
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational skills
