There’s something special about creating chocolate that people remember. We’re looking for a skilled Chocolatier to join our café team, someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys turning simple ingredients into beautiful, indulgent treats.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of handmade chocolates, truffles, and confections
• Temper chocolate to achieve perfect texture and shine
• Develop new recipes and seasonal creations
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Chocolatier or in a similar pastry role
• Strong knowledge of chocolate techniques and flavor pairing
• Attention to detail and creative flair
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for desserts and continuous learning
