Job Description

We’re a cozy, vibrant café known for our rich coffees, artisanal pastries, and decadent chocolate creations. We’re looking for a passionate Chocolatier to join our team and bring a touch of magic to every chocolate treat we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Create and craft high-quality chocolates, truffles, and confections daily

• Experiment with new chocolate flavors, fillings, and presentations

• Decorate and plate desserts in an appealing, Instagram-worthy way

• Maintain inventory of chocolate supplies and ensure proper storage

• Ensure all products meet hygiene and quality standards

• Assist in training staff on chocolate handling and preparation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chocolatier or in artisan chocolate making

• Strong creativity and eye for detail

• Knowledge of tempering, molding, and ganache techniques

• Passion for dessert craftsmanship and innovation

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment
