Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in coordinating daily housekeeping operations.
• Supervise housekeeping staff and provide guidance to ensure quality performance.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report inventory needs promptly.
• Help prepare staff schedules and allocate daily assignments.
• Ensure linen, towels, and cleaning equipment are properly managed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping-related concerns.
• Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Coordinate with the front office and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping within a hotel, with supervisory experience being an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems is an added advantage.
