We are looking for an Assistant Housekeeper to support our housekeeping team in keeping guest rooms and shared spaces clean, organised, and welcoming. Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising daily housekeeping activities and room assignments.
• Support room attendants with cleaning and preparation tasks when needed.
• Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet hotel standards.
• Help monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or guest concerns promptly.
• Assist with training and guiding housekeeping team members.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records and daily checklists.
• Promote cleanliness, teamwork, and excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar cleaning environment.
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable being hands-on when required.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and safe chemical handling.
• Professional attitude with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
