A welcoming neighborhood cafe is looking for a friendly and attentive Waitress to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great guest experiences, working in a relaxed but fast paced environment, and being part of a close knit service team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and neatly
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Handle customer questions, feedback, and minor complaints politely
• Process payments and issue receipts when required
• Support team members during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
• Friendly, presentable, and customer focused attitude
• Basic numeracy for handling payments and bills
