Supply Chain Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to keep our restaurant operations running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy solving problems, building strong supplier relationships, and making sure everything arrives on time and in great condition, you’ll feel right at home here.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee purchasing, inventory, and stock control
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
• Track deliveries and resolve supply issues quickly
• Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and shortages
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety and storage standards

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food supply processes
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with inventory or procurement systems
