A well-established hotel is looking for a confident and dependable Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure every shift runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel operations during assigned shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members across operational departments.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate shift handovers to maintain operational continuity.
• Ensure all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
• Support front office and operational teams during busy periods.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies with sound judgment.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness of guest areas.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Experience handling guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Proficiency in using hotel management systems and standard computer applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
