Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Server to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that keeps them coming back.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general dining area duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server, waiter, waitress, or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling bills and payments.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry serving trays safely.
