Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our bar team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a lively setting, building positive guest relationships, and contributing to memorable dining and drinking experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them promptly to the bar and kitchen teams.
• Serve beverages and meals efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server, Waitstaff, or in a similar customer service role within a bar, restaurant, or related setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and bar service procedures.
• Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and carry serving trays.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness, teamwork, and excellent guest service.
