A reputable hotel is seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and observant Security Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and hotel property while maintaining a calm and professional presence at all times. This role requires someone who can respond quickly to situations, follow procedures strictly, and uphold a welcoming yet secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel premises through patrols and surveillance systems
• Control access points and verify visitors, staff, and contractors
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies
• Report incidents and maintain accurate daily security logs
• Support guest safety by providing directions and assistance when needed
• Collaborate with other departments during emergency procedures
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or hospitality security is an advantage
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Basic knowledge of emergency response and safety procedures
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
• Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
