Security Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and alert Security Officer to join our restaurant team. In this role, you will help create a safe, welcoming environment for our guests and staff. If you are calm under pressure, observant, and take pride in maintaining order with professionalism and respect, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the restaurant premises to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property

• Control access points and manage entry during busy periods

• Conduct routine patrols of the dining area, kitchen surroundings, and parking areas

• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents or disturbances

• De-escalate conflicts calmly and effectively

• Assist with crowd control during peak hours or special events

• Collaborate with management to enforce safety policies and procedures

• Write clear incident reports when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a security role, preferably in hospitality or a similar environment

• Strong observation and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency response procedures
