Security Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our hotel team. If you are calm under pressure, observant, and take pride in keeping people safe, this role is for you. Our hotel is a place where guests come to relax and feel at home, and your presence will play a big part in creating that sense of comfort and security.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the hotel premises regularly to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems

• Control access points and verify visitors when necessary

• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns

• Assist with crowd control during events or busy periods

• Write clear and accurate incident reports

• Work closely with management and other departments to maintain a secure environment

• Provide helpful directions and assistance to guests when needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage

• Strong observation and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and emergency response

• Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
