A well-established hotel is seeking a courteous and attentive Room Service Attendant to provide exceptional in-room dining service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Set up and present room service orders according to hotel standards.
• Explain menu items and respond to guest requests with courtesy.
• Collect used trays, dishes, and service equipment from guest rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service station and equipment.
• Process guest orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Handle special dietary requests and guest preferences with care.
• Ensure all room service equipment is clean, polished, and ready for use.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate them when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in room service, food and beverage service, or hotel operations is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to carry trays and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
