The successful candidate will ensure prompt and professional delivery of food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and guest requests to rooms accurately and promptly.
• Set up and clear in-room dining trays and tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas.
• Take guest orders courteously and answer questions regarding menu items.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front office teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally.
• Monitor inventory of room service supplies and report shortages.
• Adhere to hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to carry trays and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
